Is it possible to use it with a 13.3" monochrom e-Paper Display

I have a 13.3" monochrom e-Paper display and a driver (OK-TC01A) with SPI, I80 and USB interface as well as the IT8951 controller.
Is it possible to use the driver to show the RPi screen on the display?
