1、自动翻页无效
2、自动阅读无聊
3、目录弹框里面的红色点点无论怎么操作，都不能变成绿色的

之前使用的是0.6.0
刚刚测试了一下0.6.1，情况没有改变
浏览器版本 Chrome 129.0.6668.59

“扉页”到“前文”没有变绿

自动翻页点击“开始”没有反应

从“左右翻页”设置成“上下翻页”就成功了
