Share by URL dialog

Hi, we need a volunteer to help us with implementing "Share By URL" dialog for a project based on angular-filemanager. Actually, instead of Chmod/Permissions dialog, we need a dialog with read/write checkboxes for generated public URL, edit box with URL itself allowing to copy it, and social networks buttons for sharing the URL on FB, Twitter, etc. URL will be generated through the API call by our server behind the bridge which is written in C++. The whole thing works really good all together, but we need to complete this "Share by Link" feature, and cannot figure out how to do it right. The task will be rewarded with reasonable donation/payment. @joni2back, can you help us?
