- Run your project (

- Open up
android/app/src/main/java/[...]/MainActivity.java
- Add
import com.reactlibrary.RNSimInfoPackage;
to the imports at the top of the file - Add
new RNSimInfoPackage()
to the list returned by thegetPackages()
method
- Append the following lines to
android/settings.gradle
:include ':rn-sim-info' project(':rn-sim-info').projectDir = new File(rootProject.projectDir, '../node_modules/rn-sim-info/android')
- Insert the following lines inside the dependencies block in
android/app/build.gradle
:compile project(':rn-sim-info')
import RNSimInfo from 'rn-sim-info';
RNSimInfo.getCountryCode(); // returns iso Country code ex: 'us', 'jp', 'au', etc
RNSimInfo.getMobileCountryCode(); // returns mobile country code ,seems different on each platform.
RNSimInfo.getNetworkCode(); // returns network code ,seems different on each platform.
RNSimInfo.getCarrierName(); // returns carrier name/company name ex: T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.
In each function you can pass a fallback value to default the return value into it if the library can't retrieve anything from your device.
