  1. Description

Many books, manuals, saved online articles are available as one html file. Especially Gutenberg books. Foliate should be allowed to read them.

  1. Solution

Adding an option in the open book dialog menu to filter html, xml, xhtml, which will signal text/html [instead of text/plain].

No need for note-taking. or locations. Just like plan text book support, already in Foliate.

  1. Additionally

Foliate can read HTML's, however, when you open a single-file-HTML Foliate thinks the document is mime type text/plain.

Please allow Foliate to open .html or .xml as text/html.

This used to work great but as of 3.0.1 it now says "File type not supported"
