QM not triggering on front end

Hi all.

Newer developer here.

Query Monitor works in WP Admin, but the menubar content doesn't trigger on Front-end when clicking the QM button.
Showing the area via forced CSS has no data, so I assume a call somewhere isn't working.

Has anyone encountered this before? And is there perhaps a delay\alternative load method, in-case it's coming in too early?
