[FR] hold CMD key on any file in the navigator for preview or open a float editor by using Hover Editor plugin

Just a suggestion

Hover Editor is a popular plugin, it can be opened on the files as a float editor when holding CMD key in core plugin "files", then drag and drop to right side of the screen. I hope it can do in Notebook-Navigator too.
