Good job on the project!

I am trying to reproduce the results as provided in your repository, but I have encountered an issue. It seems that gene/all_text.txt is missing:

Name-Disambiguation-Biendata-/rw+w2v.ipynb

Line 450 in c341c69

"f1 = open ('gene/all_text.txt','w',encoding = 'utf-8')\n",

I have already downloaded the dataset from OAG-WhoIsWho_Biendata, but I couldn't find this particular file.

Could you please provide guidance on how to obtain this file?
