Trinity is a MATLAB interface for WinBUGS, JAGS, and Stan, or a subset thereof.

To install, simply download the file structure and put them somewhere in the MATLAB path.
To use, start with the command:
>> trinity install

To test the installation, try:
>> trinity.test

To get started, try:
>> help callbayes
>> help trinity
>> trinity new

Trinity is still under development. Most if not all functions are documented with help
information, but we currently do not support the software by email or similar. If you
run into problems and solve them, feel free to share your solution with the authors!
