Maintenance suggestion: update vendored copy of minizip library #419

Upgrading the copy of minizip included in the codebase should help by bringing in fixes and improvements from the upstream copy distributed as part of zlib, and reducing the number of incremental changes to compare/review when applying further updates in future.
