✍️ How to create a project proposal?

We expect your application to be between 1000-1500 words. Your proposal should include all the necessary information listed below, please also read the Contributor Guide. Overall, your application should make us believe that you are capable of completing the project and delivering the functionality to our users. If you aren't sure about anything, please open an issue in our Issue tracker , and we're happy to advise you.

Provide a brief summary of your proposal, including what it will contribute to the project and to Jina AI

  1. Detailed Description

Explain your idea in detail, including why it is innovative. Include links to prototypes, a bibliography, or other relevant sources.

For each coding week below, list the planned code deliverables. Break the project into weeks and estimate what you will have accomplished by the end of each week. This schedule can be adjusted later if needed.

Commitment

Do you plan to have any other commitments during GSoC that may affect your work? Any vacations/holidays? Will you be available full time to work on your project? (Please refrain from applying if you cannot manage your time and cannot guarantee 100% commitment.)
