it seems there isn't an arm64 build in the default repository

also doesn't look like arm64 is even in https://c.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/questing/main/ what gives? how do we update this thing?

Almost all of my boxes run 25.10 now. Usually sudo do-release-upgrade -d is sufficient, with a slightly paranoid check of /boot/grub/grub.cfg afterwards. Canonical is working on stubble as device tree selector, which works if the model is supported, but needs to be overwritten with the devicetree statement in grub.cfg if it doesn't.

interesting, curious how you udpated the Windows Arm, as mine is throwing Error 404 when upgrading and even navigating to the URLS on ubuntu.com shows nothing for arm64
