Subject: [PATCH 02/56] arch/x86/xen: add infrastruction in xen to support gvt
GVT is the IGD device virtualization solution, to applied this feature
under XEN, some basic infrasturction should be applied in Linux xen
driver.
This part modification is temporory, Citrix will works on the final
solution.
