Plugin Modernizer version

What Operating System are you using

macOS

Reproduction steps

Doesn't work: plugin-modernizer run --plugins git,git-client,jobcacher --recipe AddPluginsBom --dry-run

Works: plugin-modernizer dry-run --plugins git,git-client,jobcacher --recipe AddPluginsBom

Expected Results

README
I came across a command in the README.md file that doesn't work for me as expected. I'm unsure if the command is outdated or if the issue is specific to my setup.
