Holding the shift key while pressing j or k should control the current selection of messages.

This seems to be quite hard since I can't identify which method to call on either TableViewManager or MessageViewer to expand the selection. I'm using TableViewManager's selectNextMessage and selectPreviousMessage methods right now.
