Theme.json settings don't create tailwind classes

Hello, so I have crated some custom colors in theme.json file, but the tailwind classes are not creating resulting in build error. What can be the reason?

How I understand it, theme.json is your WordPress block theme styles. If you want to add custom colours, font sizes, etc. they should be added here: resources > css > theme.css.
