New PyPI release

Hi,
is it possible to have a new version released on PyPI?
There have been some recent merges that would be useful to us but are not in 3.0.2 (eg #342)

@nasirhjafri I tried publishing the 3.0.3 release and it failed to upload do the following error below.

HTTPError: 400 Client Error: The description failed to render in the default format of reStructuredText. See https://pypi.org/help/#description-content-type for more information. for url: https://upload.pypi.org/legacy/

@nasirhjafri Someone needs to resend the release artifacts to jazzband so then I can see the new links to publish the new tarball and wheel. I would do but I really don't have the time at the moment.

@nasirhjafri I would say abandon 3.0.3 and try again with 3.0.4
