With over a decade of experience spanning government, academia, and applied research, I specialize in developing software solutions at the intersection of mathematics, neuroscience, and computers. I hold a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Temple University and currently serve as an applied mathematician and software engineer at the U.S. Department of Defense.

  • I have been able to generate surface meshes for the geometry
  • Note: the branch points and soma point needs to be resolved nicely
  • My next two goals involve making a `ugx` viewer and then
  • make water-tight meshes that are resolved at branch points.

My current work involves generating water tight meshes of neurons given the 3D graph specification. First, I take a raw path in 3D space, then perform a spline interpolation, and then I generate a parallel frame transport (PFT) surface along the interpolated spline. PFT Demo
