The Issue:
After installing the game, why can't I scan the other Bluetooth Device ?

The Expected Functionality:
After installing the game, i can scan and connect the other Bluetooth Device , then i can play the SinglePlayer game.

Steps to Recreate Issue:

Deploy the game on android or windows.
Start the game.
Then i can't scan the other Bluetooth Device.

Issue identified within the recent master branch on 2023.7.11
