This milestone delivers a production-ready CLI that supports basic AWS-to-local data sync workflows. It includes a Go-based core CLI, YAML configuration support, a working npm wrapper, and support for RDS MySQL to Docker MySQL targets.

The focus is on:

• Zero-config defaults
• Robust sync engine with retries and caching
• CLI help, version, and command structure (list, sync, init)
• Config discovery logic

This version is not feature-complete, but forms the foundation for future sync providers and targets. Breaking changes are expected to slow down after this milestone.
