This is the library used for the dissertation Mutation Tolerant Training for Graph Neural Networks. It contains tooling for perturbing the internal state of Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) during training, and several utilities used during the project, such as an extension of jaxtyping, and a framework for efficiently performing experiments involving training tens of thousands of individual models.
