ivy/README.md

Hey there, I’m Ivy 👋

Welcome to my little corner of GitHub — I’m an engineering manager at Gusto, currently leading the Modularity team. I live at the intersection of systems thinking, developer productivity, and AI—finding joy in making complex things simple and scalable.

🛠️ I’ve founded companies, built teams from the ground up, spoken at conferences, and now I’m growing with Gusto — pushing boundaries around how devs build, ship, and evolve software. Right now, I’m obsessed with:

  • ⚙️ Automation & refactoring at scale
  • 🧠 Building systems on top of LLMs
  • 🗂️ Inventing new ways to structure software projects
  • 🚀 Developer productivity as an art and a science

I believe tech should feel empowering and humane — I love connecting with people who want to challenge the status quo and rethink how we build. If you’re curious, thoughtful, and maybe a little scrappy, we’ll definitely vibe!

💬 Let’s Connect!

I’m always down to chat about engineering, AI, system design, or that one philosophy book that broke your brain.
