Hide QR code and Account ID

Implement an option, similar to what we have in our desktop and iOS apps, to mask or unmask the Account ID and QR code on the Account screen.

Additionally, please consider adding this option to the login form, as the Account ID input is currently not visible.

Mmm consider to automatically renaming the Account ID (but the account id exsists yet) into pseudonym like "Dynamic Dancer".

Each device, its pseudonym.

Every time make a login, a new device pseudonym is got.

So account id can remains masked and safe.

Welcome, BTW that's a functional implementation of the feature on the android app using custom view :)
