Publish to pip?

I can cut a PR for this, would let users just pip install arc-export && arc-export [args] rather than manually cloning.

Can either publish automatically through GH actions (would require maintainer to create a pypi account and set the API key secret in actions once for setup), or just have a one-liner command to manually publish.

Any interest?

@mattprodani I think it is a good idea! I have a PyPI account and do exactly the same — automatically publish another project upon release. I'd appreciate it if you could create an action for this and update the README.
