Is your enhancement request related to a problem? Please describe.

Invidious currently links directly to reddit for the reddit comments. This is bad for privacy.

Describe the solution you'd like

Users should be able to configure whether or not the links should go to reddit.com, a teddit instance, or libreddit instance.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Don't do anything. Users can use privacy-redirect instead.

This is also something that has to be done for Twitter/Instagram links, and maybe also Wikipedia links.

Honnestly, I think that adding the logic to select a specific teddit/libreddit instance is too complex.
Better let user keep their privacy redirect add-on and select there their preferred instance.

Note: everything supported by Privacy Redirect has to be supported for this bounty's reward to be awarded.
