Since the GSL is an important part of following the core guidelines, the readme really ought to link to the page. It makes it a bit easier to find the library.

Indeed, a link to the GSL project would also be good near the top of the guidelines.

@NicolBolas, good suggestion. Thank you. But please see some explanation in the FAQ items 51 and 52 as to why we haven't made these links: https://github.com/isocpp/CppCoreGuidelines/blob/master/CppCoreGuidelines.md#-faq51-is-githubcommicrosoftgsl-the-gsl

We need to specify the GSL (see Issue #144). That specification could link to various implementations.
