Download the following from the Red Hat Developer (http://developers.redhat.com/products/cdk/get-started):

 * CDK (cdk-2.1.0.zip)
 * OSX - RHEL VirtualBox (rhel-cdk-kubernetes-7.2-23.x86_64.vagrant-virtualbox.box)
 * Linux - RHEL libvirt (rhel-cdk-kubernetes-7.2-23.x86_64.vagrant-libvirt.box)
 * Windows - to install on windows, see http://developers.redhat.com/products/cdk/get-started.

and copy to this directory for the init script to work.

Ensure that this file is executable by running:

chmod +x <path-to-project>/installs/cdk-2.1.0.zip
chmod +x <path-to-project>/installs/rhel-cdk-kubernetes-7.2-25.x86_64.vagrant-virtualbox.box
chmod +x <path-to-project>/installs/rhel-cdk-kubernetes-7.2-25.x86_64.vagrant-libvirt.box
