Batch types support list

For SASL mechanisms and BATCH types it would be nice if we had a table displaying what clients/servers support what features the same as with the specification tables.

That's interesting. I'd probably add this sort of table on the actual SASL mechs and BATCH types pages if anywhere, since the Client/Server pages are already very crowded.
