Worth revisiting if those are better than what we currently have on the welcome page.

We show a welcome page when you install IPFS Companion for the first time, you can also get to this page by clicking on the cube in the browser action menu:

As you can see, we have learning materials there, and some videos, but those are pretty old.
We don't need to replace them, but at very elast should add link to the ResNEtLab course as noted in ipfs/ipfs-docs#893
