Hi, you have to switch to a new wallet, Firefly is not compatible with the network anymore, that is why you dont see any send button. If you still cant use your 24 words because you stored them wrong initially, you can export the seed from firefly and import it in the new wallet too, this method should be your last resource because seeds are not standards are no more wallets apart from ours (for now at least) will allow you to use a seed, see tutorial here https://docs.iota.org/users/iota-wallet/how-to/import/seed |

Hello,I need help to recover and move my IOTA tokens.I am using the old Firefly desktop wallet on Windows. When I enter my password, the wallet opens and I can see my balance of about 2,595 IOTA on the IOTA mainnet. On this old Firefly desktop, I only see the “Receive funds” screen with my address and QR code. There is no “Send” button visible anywhere, so I cannot send my tokens out.At the top of the app, I also see the message “Please switch to the new IOTA Wallet…” but there is no migration or transfer button available.I still have:My Firefly recovery kit PDF with 24 English words. My .stronghold backup file (example: firefly-backup-2021-11-21T16-56-40.stronghold).Problem:In the new IOTA Wallet (browser extension, on Brave), I go to “Import a wallet” → “Mnemonic (12/24 words)” and carefully type the 24 words from my recovery kit PDF, but the Continue button stays disabled or the phrase is rejected. In the new wallet, I have no option to import a .stronghold file, only:Mnemonic (12/24 words)Private key (64 characters)Firefly Seed Recovery (non-standard)So right now:The old Firefly desktop can open and show my balance, but does not allow me to send or migrate. The new IOTA Wallet (extension) refuses my 24-word mnemonic and does not allow importing the .stronghold backup.I want to move my IOTA to a Ledger hardware wallet (or at least to the new IOTA Wallet) but I am completely stuck.Could you please tell me:Is there a supported way to export or migrate from this old Firefly desktop using my .stronghold file or my existing wallet, so that I can access my funds in the new IOTA Wallet? If my 24-word recovery kit is somehow incompatible or from an old format, is there a tool or procedure from the IOTA team to convert or verify it?Is there a specific version of Firefly desktop I should install to re‑enable the Send function or to trigger a migration to the new IOTA Wallet?I can provide screenshots of:The old Firefly desktop showing my balance and only the “Receive funds” view. The new IOTA Wallet “Import a wallet” screen with no stronghold import option. My backup files list (firefly-backup-2021-11-21...stronghold, etc.).Thank you in advance for your help. I just want to safely move my 2,595 IOTA from the old Firefly desktop to a secure wallet (ideally with Ledger support).

Best regards,
