Sent fund not showing...

Hi , I've sent 769.93 Mi from exchange to my wallet, with this txid

but it is still pending, and not showing on my wallet!
Someone tried to help me in discord, pasting his message here:
I tried reattaching your transaction which unfortunately didn’t work because the input utxo‘s were already spent. I was told that in that case the issuer (your exchange in that case) has to re-initiate the transaction.
If they check the explorer then they’ll see that their transaction (which included multiple other payouts from the looks of it) failed

I think exchange be able to sort it, still waiting their action, but I want to know what exactly happened?
