Util.format is not recommended and sometimes unnecessary here. String literals should be enough

I have been notified that there is a command injection risk in the package.
Even if it seems very unlikely, the fix is simple enough.
I have also removed util.format while modifying commands, it does not seem necessary and Node documentation indicates it has an important overhead. It will maybe shave some micro-seconds off some CIs
