Snapshot problem

I have a question regarding snapshots.
I disabled all automatic snapshots and live streams, everything...
I was standing in front of the camera and manually triggered snapshots and got updated snapshots with the correct timestamp on the pictures but none of the pictures show me.
After a while (about 10 min), when I went away and triggered the snapshot again (again correct timestamp) and now the pic shows me.
I just can't manage to take a picture with the correct content at a certain time.
What is going wrong?
