RM3 mini does not learn codes #136

Hi,

my new and third rm3 mini does not allow to learn codes. Additionally there is not folder "L" below the device.

Waht can I do. Device was added automatically after confid in broadlink app.

done. i could solve issue on my own. by doing a "shorten" setup in app. Now everything is working.
