TODO: write a introduction

Goals

1. Uses HTMX instread of jQuery and Select2 for some actions, like autocomplete and filters.
2. Uses HTMX and Modal (from design-system) for edit related elements instread of browser popup.
3. Uses HTMX into changelist for reduce full-page reload's.
4. Support Range filters.

Not Supported Features

date_hierarchy

The date_hierarchy support is removed to use range filters (not implemented yet).
