Provide HOME env var to prevent Permission denied messages

I'm getting this error:

warning: unable to access '/root/.config/git/ignore': Permission denied
warning: unable to access '/root/.config/git/attributes': Permission denied

Your IRIS setup is likely being started by root (assuming Linux). I ran into the same issue and posted it over in discussions.

I edited my iris.service file to change the User value as such:

[Unit]
Description=Intersystems IRIS Service
After=network.target
[Service]
Type=forking
WorkingDirectory=/isc/iris
User=irisusr
ExecStart=/isc/iris/sys/bin/iris start ih
ExecStop=/isc/iris/sys/bin/iris stop ih quietly
Restart=on-abort
[Install]
WantedBy=default.target

@DodgeDeBoulet thank you - I'd pointed @eduard93 to that discussion. That might be too deep a change for his use case so I'm hoping we can provide a workaround.

It was pretty painless in my case, since IRIS still runs as the user configured at installation ( irisusr in my case) even when systemd starts it as root; it just doesn't seem to get the irisusr environment.

No file or directory ownership issues, no errors at all after the change.

@eduard93 I suspected as much. It's next on my git-source-control queue (although I'm focused on other things for the next week-ish)

This is fixed incidentally via #318 for decently modern IRIS versions.
