How can we build a new version of intersystemsdc/irisdemo-base-irisdb-community that can be based on 2021.1.0.215.3 to solve the license issue ?

i can now see a new build here version-1.8.1 based on iris-community.2021.1.0.215.3.
Need update to docker-compose as it still pointing to version-1.8.0
