IOM: error running two IOM Helm releases in one namespace

When running two IOM Helm releases in one namespace, the following error message is raised:

Error: INSTALLATION FAILED: rendered manifests contain a resource that already exists. Unable to continue with install: ServiceAccount "iom-patch" in namespace "blueprint" exists and cannot be imported into the current release: invalid ownership metadata; annotation validation error: key "meta.helm.sh/release-name" must equal "iom-test-21141": current value is "iom-test-21138"
