EPP: poll messages are not removed from messages table after marked as read #717

There are two tables in the db - messages for active messages and log_messages for all the messages including ones marked as read. This is done to keep operational data separate from historic data.

Currently poll messages are not removed from messages table once registrar has dequed these.
