Que to handle pendingUpdate and pendingDeleteConfirmation

The expiration of pending processes after 48 hours has passed is currently handled by a cron job once a day. Due to this the actual time before pending status is removed could be up to almost 72 hours.

WE should make Que handle the expiration by creating a job to terminate the status after 48 hours have passed since setting it.
