When domain is accepted to dispute committee's review certain set of restrictive statuses is set on each of such domain:

serverRegistrantChangeProhibited
serverDeleteProhibited

Registrar of the domain should be notified of setting their domain to this state - poll message

There are two outcomes from the dispute committee process - positive or negative to the contester. So two buttons one to remove restrictions set by the initiation of dispute review and the other to move on to adding the domain to dispute list (/admin/disputes/new) (#269)

Registrar should be notified of any result - two possible poll messages.

Poll documentation must be updated on these new poll messages (#351)
