Remove russian transaltions from automated emails #2690

We have Russian translation in some automated email still

We need to remove these because we do not provide end-user support in Russian and emails with text in multiple scripts tend to fall into spam filters

There are 5 e-mails according to my knowledge that include Russian translations:

expiration
force delete warning
force delete for organisation
force delete for individual
force delete in case of invalid contact details
