Deny adding to auction list if domain is registered

It is possible to add domains to the auction list of registry admin even if domain is registered. The check is there if admin wants to add the domain to auction list manually using the New auction function in the auction list view. But if admin adds domain to auction from reserved list for instance the check for registration is not there and domain name is successfully added to the list. The check for registration must be always there in case of adding a record to the auction list
