mailerconfig in config.rb is not updated with changes in application.yml

config.action_mailer.default_url_options in config.rb is failed to be updated with data with values of registrant_url: and action_mailer_default_* in application.yml

probable cause being that some variable name has changed.

probleem on selles, et confirmation kirjas on url kinnituslehele mis ei toimi. Ehk seal on mingi vana url, mis ei toimi enam pärast stagingu ümber tegemist

uncommented "action_mailer_default_port" and put "" as value, no changes in behaviour.
