Remove Transaction module #633

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Transaction module is no longer needed since lib returns submittable extrinsics and submission logic has moved to UI.
Only current dependency is usage of sendLogged in tests and scripts. This can be handled with simple send function that will use simplified version of sendLogged - no need to listen to event emission.
