We currently depend on Ring 0.16.09. All solutions to #110 need at least ring version 0.16.20

An update to an out-of-the-box ring 0.16.20 is unfortunately not possible. The code compiles but even with the current verification code there are WebAssembly errors when staring the node.

The fork that compiles is here. Only some small adjustments are needed to make it compile:

Currently we cannot do the upgrade but this is solved by switching to ring-xous (which is also based on ring 0.16.20). See #115
