create_default_maintainer deprecation

Question: why was the create_default_maintainer deprecated and by what is it being replaced. We initially ran into issues when not setting this to true prevented the github_team_members from working since when the team got created there was no maintainer. Is this still going to be a problem?

There both the team_members and team_membership resources that allow you finer control of the members.

Are there issues with these?

We are trying to use a least-privileged approach and using the PAT with the correct permission allows us to do this. We use TF to only manage a subset of teams/repositories in our org and getting an org-admin account was problematic.

Changing the resource to only work with privileged user would to me be going backwards. Adding something like create_maintainers in github_team seems reasonable.

I can raise a issue, don't know if I can work on a PR, will you at least remove the deprecation of the field

@mymasse please raise the issue. The field remains deprecated and will be removed in v7 as it breaks the provider constraints and is a significant maintenance overhead.
