[Bug]: Differentiation for MRTIV into bolus (MRTIB) & continuous infusion (MRTIC)

What happened?

Hello tern team!

I might have detected a non-CDISC standard term in d_pkparam.R. Not sure what is the impact or relevance to you of this, but just to make you aware of it!

The MRTIV parameters (which I presume is intravascular) are not defined in CDISC. Instead, CDISC distinguishes intravascular bolus (MRTIB) and intravascular continuous infusion (MRTIC) parameters. For more details you can check this page
