Refactor risk diff related functions (in particular `tabulate_rsp_subgroups`)

This refactor mainly aims at having a parameter to split the risk diff estimate and CI on different columns instead of a single one. On the side, it may be valuable to refactor `afun_risk` to respect modern {tern} function structure.
