This makes builds a bunch faster, and it also removes some ambiguity in performance work because non-optimized Realm is SLOW.
This makes using Xcode 26 more complicated because we have to either wait for pre-builts from Realm, or build and host pre-builts ourselves.
But it makes developing the app easier in that the slowness of Realm when built for debug does not dramatically confuse the developer and make them think the app is very very very slow.
